The Reusable Launch Vehicle-Technology Demonstration (RLV-TD) is a series of technology demonstration missions intended to evaluate technologies required for a fully reusable launch vehicle. The winged technology demonstrator has successfully validated autonomous landing capabilities (LEX) and hypersonic aero-thermodynamics during atmospheric re-entry.
