Editorial policy

How Indian Space Hub compiles information, what you can and cannot rely on, and how to tell us when something is wrong.

Who we are

Indian Space Hub is an independent community initiative. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected with the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) or any other space agency. Read more on the about page.

What we publish

Where information comes from

  • Entries in the directories can store a link to the source they were compiled from. When a link is recorded it appears in the “Source” box at the bottom of the page; when none is recorded, the box says so.
  • Global launch information and some launch pages use a third-party launch database; news headlines come from a third-party spaceflight news feed. See our sources.
  • Community contributions are held in a moderation queue and reviewed by the site team before they are published.

Gaps, estimates and dates

Entity pages show the fields that are recorded for that entry. A missing value means it has not been recorded, not that it is zero or unknown to science. Launch dates are indicative and can change at short notice; for operational decisions rely on official announcements from the launch provider.

Requesting a correction

If you find an error, email admin@indianspacehub.com with the page address, what is wrong, and a source for the correct information. You can also use the contact page.
