No PII Required for Core Access: You can explore rocket launch calendars, ISRO mission archives, satellite orbit maps, space news, and cosmic glossaries anonymously.
For guest and anonymous users, we do not collect your name, phone number, device contacts, gallery photos, audio, or precise GPS physical coordinates.
3. Device Permissions & Transparent Justifications
Required to fetch real-time rocket countdown timers, launch telemetry, space news, and astronomical images from our database.
Used exclusively to notify you prior to scheduled liftoffs, space station passes, or celestial events. Can be enabled or toggled off anytime in app settings.
Uses Play Install Referrer / Deep Linking to attribute referral points (+10 pts for referrer, +5 pts for friend) when invited through a friend's link.
Stores app preferences (Dark/Light mode, launch reminders, offline glossary entries) securely on your local device.
4. User Accounts, Developer Data & Referral System
When you voluntarily register an account or create a Developer Profile:
- Account Details: We store your chosen display name, email address, avatar icon preference, and active social media links (only if provided by you).
- Developer API Keys: Managed securely to compute request usage quotas and rate limits.
- Referral Points & Rewards: We track total successful referrals to calculate your reward score and unlock community milestones (e.g. Community Builder badges).
