Child Safety Standards

Indian Space Hub · Last updated October 3, 2026

Our position

Indian Space Hub has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualised content involving minors, and any attempt to contact children for harmful purposes. Content or accounts that break this rule are removed and reported to the relevant authorities.

How the app reduces risk

  • There is no chat and no direct messaging between users.
  • Posting and contributing are off by default and only a parent or guardian can turn them on.
  • A safety reminder is shown before anything is posted, and sharing personal information needs an adult's approval.
  • Kids Mode turns off community sharing, promotions and outside links.
  • Links that leave the app are behind a parental gate.
  • Polls are reviewed by moderators before they become public.

How to report a concern

  • In the app, tap the flag icon on any poll or public profile.
  • Or email crew@indianspacehub.com with the subject "Child safety".
  • We review reports promptly, remove violating content, and cooperate with law enforcement.
  • In India you can also report online child abuse at cybercrime.gov.in.
