Terms & Conditions
Please review the terms and conditions governing the use of India Space Hub mobile application, website, space APIs, and community services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the India Space Hub mobile application or web platform (indianspacehub.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our services.
2.Educational Purpose & Service Availability
India Space Hub is an independent educational and news platform dedicated to space exploration, ISRO missions, global satellite telemetry, and astronomy.
3.Referral & Reward System Rules
India Space Hub features a Refer & Earn referral program designed to reward users for inviting friends to learn about space:
- Reward Points: Referrers earn +10 points per valid referral signup, and referred friends receive +5 bonus points upon entering the code.
- Fair Play & Anti-Fraud: Self-referrals, automated bot accounts, referral code spamming, or fraudulent accounts are strictly prohibited and subject to reward cancellation or account ban.
4.Developer API Guidelines & Fair Usage
Developers registering for access to the India Space Hub API agree to:
5.Intellectual Property & Content Credits
All custom software code, original graphic designs, branding assets, and app design systems are the intellectual property of India Space Hub. Space mission imagery, logos, and official mission descriptions remain the property of their respective space agencies (ISRO, NASA, ESA, SpaceX, etc.) and are used under fair-use educational guidelines.
6.Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use
When participating in community features (polls, creator profiles, contributions, feedback submissions), users agree to maintain respectful conduct. We strictly prohibit harassment, hate speech, spam, uploading malicious links, impersonating space agency personnel, and posting personal information (yours or anyone else's) such as addresses, phone numbers, schools or photos. The app has no chat or direct messaging; do not use polls, profiles or links to try to contact other users privately. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
7.Children, Parents & Community Sharing Controls
India Space Hub can be used by children. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use the app with a parent or guardian's permission.
- Community sharing (posting polls, contributions, profile links) is off by default. Only a parent or guardian should turn it on, in Profile โ Settings โ Community sharing.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of community features once enabled, and for approving any personal information shared.
- Kids Mode disables community sharing, promotions and outbound links.
- Read our Child Safety Standards (how we protect children and how to report a concern) and our Privacy Policy for how children's data is handled.
8.ABHA Organisers, Events & Classes
- Organisations, educators and clubs that publish on ABHA must give accurate details, hold any permission needed to run their events, lectures and classes, and are responsible for running them safely.
- Organisers may use attendees' registration details (name, email and phone if given) only to run that event or class, never for marketing or to share with others, and must delete them when no longer needed.
- Online sessions run on third-party services (for example Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams or YouTube). Organisers are responsible for the links they share and for the content of their sessions and recordings; those services' own terms apply.
- QR passes & check-in: your pass is personal to you; do not share or copy it. Organisers may scan passes (or type pass codes) only to check attendees in at their own event or class, and must not photograph, record or keep pass details for any other purpose.
- Content for children must be age-appropriate. Organisers must not contact children outside the event or ask for personal information beyond what registration provides.
- We review organisations and events before they go live and may remove any that break these Terms. Registration on ABHA is free; we do not process payments for events or classes.
9.App Stores (Apple App Store & Google Play)
The mobile app is available for iPhone and Android. Your use of the store you downloaded it from is also subject to that store's own terms.
- These Terms are between you and India Space Hub only, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC. India Space Hub, not Apple or Google, is responsible for the app and its content, maintenance, support, warranties (to the extent any apply) and for handling any claims about the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection and intellectual property claims.
- Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. For help, contact crew@indianspacehub.com.
- If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, you may use it on Apple devices you own or control as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules. If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (the app is free); Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
- You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept them, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall India Space Hub, its developers, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application, inability to access launch streams, or reliance on information presented.
