Tilt Flyer: a motion-controlled space dodging game. Choose a rocket, paper plane, or UFO, tilt your device to steer through an asteroid field, collect stars for points, and grab power-ups: a shield for temporary invincibility, a slow-mo orb that slows the asteroid field, and a blaster that lets you shoot bullets to destroy asteroids.

Launch Trajectory & Staging Telemetry

Physics & Trajectory
Liftoff0 km

Ignition of primary solid rocket boosters and launch pad clearance.

Max-Q15 km

Maximum Dynamic Pressure point where aerodynamic forces on the rocket structure peak.

Stage-1 Sep40 km

Jettisoning depleted first-stage solid rocket motors to decrease vehicle mass.

Fairing Sep90 km

Jettisoning payload heat shield fairings once above dense atmospheric layers.

Stage-2 Sep160 km

Second stage burnout and liquid upper-stage ignition for final acceleration.

Orbit Insertion300 km

Shutdown of upper stage engine upon achieving targeted 300 km Low Earth Orbit.

Real-World Space Hazard: Orbital Debris & ISRO System for Safe Trajectory (NETRA)

In actual space operations, space junk (defunct satellites, spent rocket stages, and collision fragments) poses serious risks to operational satellites and space stations. ISRO manages this threat through project NETRA (Network for space object Tracking and Analysis), monitoring space debris to perform Collision Avoidance Manoeuvres (CAM).

Orbit Run Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How do I control the rocket in Orbit Run?

You can steer your rocket by dragging your finger or mouse pointer across the game canvas, or using keyboard Left / Right Arrow keys (or A / D keys).

What happens when your shield reaches 0?

You start with 3 shield energy pips. Colliding with falling debris depletes 1 pip and grants brief invulnerability. When all 3 pips are lost, the mission ends.
